Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order, with proof of purchase and photos. Merchandise and equipment may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition.

Heet is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or for improper storage, brewing, or handling of products once delivered. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
