We work to ensure accurate product information and availability; however, items may change or sell out. Orders are confirmed once payment is completed. For B2B clients, bulk or custom orders may require additional agreements or deposits.

All prices are listed in SAR and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely through trusted gateways. Heet may cancel orders in cases of incorrect pricing or unavailable items.

Delivery timelines depend on location and courier capacity. Once the order is handed to the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer, but we assist with delivery issues when possible. B2B Clients may have scheduled deliveries as part of supply agreements.

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, returns are limited. You may request a return or refund if:
- You received the wrong item
- The order arrived damaged
- A quality issue is confirmed by our team
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order, with proof of purchase and photos. Merchandise and equipment may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original condition.

All content, including branding, images, product descriptions, and digital assets, belongs to Heet. Copying or redistribution is not allowed without written permission.

Heet is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or for improper storage, brewing, or handling of products once delivered. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
